CHARMER is a beautiful silver dapple appaloosa mare with a platinum blonde mane and tail, plus dark appaloosa spots on her rear. She is mature at 31″. Charmer joined the herd with her friend CinderBella in January 2015. She is an experienced therapy horse and has been registered with Pet Partners since 2016.
